arriendomicasa brings together rental listings in Colombia. We are not the owner or the real estate agency offering each property.

What the last checked date means

“Last seen” indicates when we found a listing at its source. It is not confirmation from the owner that the property is still available. A failed check does not update that date or mean the property has been rented.

One property can appear on several websites

We keep each publication, its link, price and status. We group matching listings when there is enough evidence to identify a specific unit within a building. When uncertain, we keep listings separate.

Rent and building fees

Prices are in Colombian pesos per month. We show building administration fees separately when known. Missing fees are not treated as zero, and an unverified total is not shown as confirmed. Final terms depend on the advertiser.

How availability changes

Daily reviews schedule recent searches and checks on existing listings. Removing a listing requires repeated direct evidence. If another publication for the property remains active, its page stays in the catalog.

Coverage and limitations

Coverage depends on active connectors and the access allowed by each website. Access restrictions, format changes and query limits may delay updates. “Our sources” shows connection status. We do not claim to cover the whole market.

Contact and corrections

We show only phone numbers published for listing inquiries and links to original pages. To update a listing, contact its advertiser; our next review will pick up changes at the source.
